Main Purpose of Job
Achieving agreed revenue and profit targets together with key performance indicators
Maximisation of sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of company gross profits
Dealing with all customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Main Responsibilities
1. Maximise the growth of company revenue
• Effective handling of sales calls maximising all opportunities to sell and up-sell
• Deal promptly and professionally with customer orders and enquiries, encouraging customer loyalty
2. Ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete resolution of all customer enquiries/issues in a timely manner
• Accurate processing of customer orders
3. Maintain customer records/company databases
• A complete and comprehensive knowledge of all relevant company databases
• Clear and concise entry of customer records/notes
• Ensure up dated and accurate completion of MI records
4. Good knowledge of products/services
• Gain a comprehensive, in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all products and services

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience
Essential:
1. Sound education - minimum of 5 GCSE’s or two years relevant experience in a customer
focused sales environment
2. Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
3. Good organisational skills
4. IT literate
5. Fluent in English - Grade ‘C’ GCSE in English Language or equivalent
Desirable:
1. One years experience in a similar customer facing sales role
2. Experience/understanding of a sales environment
