Business Development Manager -Retail Salary: £ 35,000 OTE £ 65,000 Location: Marlow
 
This is a specialised role reporting into the National Sales Manager for Key and New Accounts, designed to manage and grow new and existing key retail accounts & revenue streams for business to consumer mobile solutions, inline with company objectives. The main objectives are to deliver against set targets, look for new revenue opportunities, secure the client and develop the relationship on an ongoing basis at a senior management level. This involves using existing Network Operator relationships to design and build bespoke customer propositions based on the clients’ specific needs and objectives. In summary, the BDM will encourage high street, non traditional and online retailers to take up more products and services from the the client.
 
     

 

National Account Manager-Retail Salary: £ 40,000 OTE £ 75,000 Location: Marlow
 
This is a specialised role reporting into the National Account Controller designed to manage and grow existing national retail accounts & revenue streams for business to consumer mobile solutions, inline with company objectives. The main objectives are to deliver profitable revenue, look for new revenue opportunities, and develop the relationship on an ongoing basis at a senior management level. This involves using existing Network Operator relationships and ‘chess-boarding’ within the account to design and build bespoke customer propositions based on the clients’ specific needs and objectives. In summary, the NAM will encourage major grocery and catalogue retailers to take up more products and services from the client.

This is a specialised role reporting into the Head of Retail designed to manage and grow new and existing key retail accounts & revenue streams for business to consumer mobile solutions, inline with company objectives. The main objectives are to drive a team of Business Development Managers to deliver profitable revenue, look for new revenue opportunities, secure the client and develop the relationship on an ongoing basis at a senior management level. This involves using existing Network Operator relationships and ‘chess-boarding’ within the accounts to design and build bespoke customer propositions based on the clients’ specific needs and objectives. In summary, the NSM will lead a team that encourages high street, non traditional and online retailers to take up more products and services from the client.

Sound education - minimum of 5 GCSE’s or two years relevant experience in a customer focused sales environment 2. Effective communication and good interpersonal skills 3. Good organisational skills 4. IT literate 5. Fluent in English - Grade ‘C’ GCSE in English Language or equivalent Desirable: 1. One years experience in a similar customer facing sales role 2.
