REGIONAL RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Salary is up to £35k basic, annual bonus against performance set at between 5-8%, Business Car, pension after 10 months, life assurance, health, 22 days holiday and Employee Advisory Relations services.
Person should live around M4 corridor, and be prepared to travel to interview people from London M4 - to South West. Anything that is far away - the person can stay in a hotel overnight. Working from Home, and planning their own day, this person will have lots of autonomy, and be able to work on their own initiative.
Someone who can make their own decisions.
Will be fully trained to do profiling.
Fridays - always work from home, because that is when they need to do admin.
There is a team of 8 Regional Recruitment Officers, that look after the whole country.
Will be helping to recruit telephone sales and field sales staff for the company.
We have a robust selection process utilising profiling of candidates, which is behavioural event interviewing and career anchor questionnaires (training and accreditation will be provided), Psychometric questionnaires, complete profile and benchmark against the Yell one, then submit full profile with candidates area to probe and profile overview to line managers.
This person will report into two channels. Telesales selection process is completed over the phone with face to face final interviews. All fieldsales roles are completed face to face. We run an ATS call First Advantage and have full access to CV search databases with all the major job boards. We have a very successful referral program and only use agencies 20%. Each consultant is targeted and performance managed against this quarterly.
Everyone in the team has a Career Development Workbook (PDP) which is reviewed quarterly.
The consultants are given mobiles, laptops and full home office workstations with direct access to Yell via wireless networks.
